The Ben Franklin Swim Club Board of Trustees is currently accepting applications for the following positions:
Anyone indicating an interest must be at least 15 years old by the start of the 2020 season.
Notification of interest must be sent no later than April 30th, 2020, to email@example.com or to the Personnel Chair, Dave Margolis, via the contact form. Please include your full name, current age, contact information (phone number and email) and if you are certified. If you aren’t certified, please include where and when you plan on being certified. Please also include a summary of your relation to BFSC and some information about yourself. Please fill out the BFSC Employment Application and send it in via mail to our PO Box or scan as a PDF and email to Dave Margolis via firstname.lastname@example.org.

All paperwork (copy of certification/work papers/I9 Form/W-4) must be submitted or postmarked by Memorial Day May 27th, 2019. Working papers need to be acquired from your school. Assistant Pool Manager
The Assistant Pool Manager serves as a member of the staff for BFSC and is responsible for assisting in the supervision, administration, and maintenance of BFSC’s aquatic facility and all safety and medical devices as directed by the Pool Mgr. and/or BFSC Board. The duties of the Assistant Pool Manager include managing the lifeguards, preparing staff work schedules, submitting completed and approved staff time sheets, maintaining the operation of the swimming pool (including pool water quality), maintaining the operation and appearance of the buildings and grounds and all supplies, and preparation and reporting of accident reports, as needed.
The Assistant Pool Manager will assist the Manager in training the lifeguard staff on proper bathroom cleaning procedures and will create a daily schedule which includes documentation and attendance, which may be reviewed upon request by the Board of BFSC. The Pool Manager will provide oversight to ensure the process and schedule are followed, and a minimum cleanliness standard is met at all times.
